CGT Students we are now accepting submission for the 2012 Student Art Show!
All the artwork needs to have a digital copy format for initial submition.
For formats and sizes see the instructions below.
To submit your digital work:
Go to the CGT-LABS(\\ntlabs) (S:) directory on the CGT server, Student Show 2011 folder. In the category folder coresponding your artwork create a folder named as your last name and paste your artwork in there.
Make a copy of the "Submition Form Blank.docx", fill it in with your data and paste it into your folder together with your artwork.
Print two copies of the form below. You will attach one to your art work and keep one for your records.
For each piece you are submitting, you must follow these steps. Thank you and good luck!
This authorizes Schoolcraft College the right to edit, video tape, and use my edited student work images for educational and other non-commercial, non-profit purposes.

Digital: a 720X576 pixels .jpg format file
Printed: a 8X10 picture on a 16X20 black matte board, with the sticker printed above on the back of the board
